Descriptions of Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Home Surveys, valuations, defect inspections and other services are summaries only. The precise inspection, reporting scope, limitations and exclusions are set out in the applicable Terms of Engagement.

Availability of a service is subject to the nature of the property, the purpose of the instruction, access, competence, professional requirements, insurance scope and our acceptance of the instruction.
